     Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                    HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 66
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, line 15, after "HOMEBOUND" insert "AND MOBILE
  BUSINESSES".
  
     2.  On page 1, strike lines 21 through 23 in their entirety and
  insert in lieu thereof:
  
     "WHEREAS, the definition of "establishment" in Section 61-17A-2
  NMSA 1978 excludes mobile businesses; and".
  
     3.  On page 2, line 9, strike "services to", strike line 10 in
  its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "barber and salon businesses;
  and".
