0021|     AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS TO

0022|     PLAN AND DESIGN A MULTIPURPOSE CENTER FOR YOUTH PROGRAMS AT THE

0023|     PUEBLO OF NAMBE LOCATED IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

0025|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0001|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred forty thousand
    |
0002|     dollars ($140,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0003|     New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0004|     year 1997 for the purpose of planning and designing a
    |
0005|     multipurpose center for youth programs at the pueblo of Nambe
    |
0006|     located in Santa Fe county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0007|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0008|     the general fund.
