0015|     COOPERATIVE MARKETING ASSOCIATION ACT.

0017|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0018|       Section 1.  Section 76-12-8 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1937,
    |
0019|     Chapter 152, Section 8, as amended) is amended to read:
    |
0020|       "76-12-8.  FILING AND RECORDING ARTICLES OF 
    |
0021|     INCORPORATION.--The articles of incorporation shall be filed
    |
0022|     with the state corporation commission, and a copy thereof, duly
    |
0023|     certified by the commission shall be recorded in the office of
    |
0024|     the county clerk of the county where the principal office of the
    |
0025|     association is to be located in this state.  For filing the
    |
0001|     articles of incorporation, an association shall pay to the state
    |
0002|     corporation commission fifty dollars ($50.00) together with the
    |
0003|     proportionate part of the annual license fee <s>[which]</s> <u>that</u>
    |
0004|     may be due for the succeeding fraction of the fiscal year and
    |
0005|     for filing an amendment to the articles, twenty-five dollars
    |
0006|     ($25.00). <s>[For filing the certified copy of the articles of

<s></s>0008| <s>    fee of one dollar ($1.00)]</s>"
