0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-six thousand four
    |
0018|     hundred dollars ($76,400) is appropriated from the general fund
    |
0019|     to the state department of public education for expenditure in
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of funding the Albuquerque city
    |
0021|     center schools technology program to provide technology-based
    |
0022|     instruction and professional development at Montezuma elementary
    |
0023|     school located in Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0024|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0025|     shall revert to the general fund.
