APPROPRIATION.--Seven thousand five hundred | 0018| dollars ($7,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0019| state department of public education for expenditure in fiscal | 0020| year 1997 to fund a study of the feasibility of implementing an | 0021| academy program at the middle school level of public education | 0022| in the Albuquerque public schools.
