0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND A COMPUTER INTERACTIVE

0013|     TELEVISION PROGRAM FOR TEENAGE STUDENTS TO ADDRESS TEENAGE

0014|     ISSUES IN THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE LOCATED IN BERNALILLO COUNTY;

0015|     DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0017|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0018|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0019|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0020|     department of public education for expenditure in fiscal years
    |
0021|     1996 and 1997 for the purpose of funding a computer interactive
    |
0022|     television program for teenage students that addresses teenage
    |
0023|     issues in the city of Albuquerque located in Bernalillo county. 
    |
0024|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0025|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0001|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0002|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
