0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE ADVANCED

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred fifty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($350,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure
    |
0019|     in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of providing funding for the
    |
0020|     advanced manufacturing center at New Mexico state university. 
    |
0021|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
