0017|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0018|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand two hundred
    |
0019|     dollars ($20,200) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0020|     board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for
    |
0021|     expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of providing
    |
0022|     staff to maintain the exhibit building at Blackwater Draw, a
    |
0023|     national historical site near Portales in Roosevelt county.  Any
    |
0024|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0025|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
