0018| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
|
0019| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty-three
|
0020| thousand dollars ($163,000) is appropriated from the general
|
0021| fund to the state department of public education for expenditure
|
0022| in fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for the purpose of providing
|
0023| teacher training in software and computer equipment use and to
|
0024| purchase software and technological equipment for special
|
0025| computer lab needs at Del Norte high school in the city of
|
0001| Albuquerque located in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or
|
0002| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
|
0003| shall revert to the general fund.
|
0004| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
|
0005| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.

0008| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0009| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-six thousand four

0010| hundred dollars ($76,400) is appropriated from the general fund
|
0011| to the state department of public education for expenditure in
|
0012| fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for the purpose of funding the
|
0013| Albuquerque city center schools technology program to provide
|
0014| technology-based instruction and professional development at
|
0015| Montezuma elementary school located in Bernalillo county. Any
|
0016| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
|
0017| fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
|
0018| Section 2. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-five thousand dollars
|
0019| ($85,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
|
0020| department of public education for expenditure in fiscal years
|
0021| 1996 and 1997 for the purpose of funding the technology program
|
0022| to provide technology-based instruction and professional
|
0023| development at Del Norte high school located in Bernalillo
|
0024| county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
|
