0012|     RELATING TO CAPITAL EXPENDITURES; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE

0013|     EMPLOYMENT SECURITY DEPARTMENT FUND FOR CERTAIN LABOR DEPARTMENT

0014|     PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATIONS--EMPLOYMENT SECURITY DEPARTMENT
    |
0018|     FUND--PURPOSE.--
    |
0019|            A.  The following amounts are appropriated from the
    |
0020|     employment security department fund to the capital program fund
    |
0021|     for expenditure by the property control division of the general
    |
0022|     services department in fiscal years 1996 through 2000 for the
    |
0023|     following purposes:
    |
0024|                 (1)  fifty-seven thousand one hundred dollars
    |
0025|     ($57,100) to complete the renovation and repair of the
    |
0001|     Alamogordo office of the labor department located in Otero
    |
0002|     county; and
    |
0003|                 (2)  ninety-nine thousand five hundred dollars
    |
0004|     ($99,500) to complete the renovation of the Farmington office of
    |
0005|     the labor department located in San Juan county.
    |
0006|            B.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0007|     at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the employment
    |
0008|     security department fund.
    |
0009|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0010|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
