      HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
                         HOUSE BILL 91
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, line 15, strike "Fifty thousand($50,000)" and
  insert in lieu thereof "Thirty-five thousand dollars($35,000)".
