0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR OPERATIONS AT THE CLAYTON LIVESTOCK

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thirty-nine
    |
0017|     thousand eight hundred eighteen dollars ($139,818) is
    |
0018|     appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of
    |
0019|     New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 1997
    |
0020|     for the purpose of operations of the Clayton livestock research
    |
0021|     center.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
    |
0022|     end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
