0007| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:          Section 1.  Section 76-12-8 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1937, Chapter 152, Section 8, as

0008| amended) is amended to read:
    |
0009|      "76-12-8.  FILING AND RECORDING ARTICLES OF 
    |
0010| INCORPORATION.--The articles of incorporation shall be filed with the state
    |
0011|                                                               corporation commission, and a copy thereof, duly certified by the commission shall be
    |
0012|                                                               recorded in the office of the county clerk of the county where the principal office of the
    |
0013|                                                               association is to be located in this state.  For filing the articles of incorporation, an
    |
0014|                                                               association shall pay to the state corporation commission fifty dollars ($50.00) together
    |
0015|                                                               with the proportionate part of the annual license fee that may be due for the succeeding
    |
0016|                                                               fraction of the fiscal year and for filing an amendment to the articles, twenty-five dollars
    |
0017|                                                               ($25.00)."
