0005| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0006|      Section 1.  Appropriation.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is
    |
0007| appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of
    |
0008| the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0009| year 1997 for the purpose of acquiring and installing a computer system
    |
0010| for the town of Carrizozo in Lincoln county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0011| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall
    |
0012| revert to the general fund.
