0002| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO OPERATE PRIMARY HEALTH CLINICS IN PORTALES

0005| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0006|      Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars
    |
0007| ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government
    |
0008| division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure
    |
0009| in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of operating La Casa de Buena Salud
    |
0010| primary health clinics in Portales and Clovis located in Roosevelt and
    |
0011| Curry counties.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
    |
0012| end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
