0002| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE DENTAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE PENASCO

0005| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0006|      Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is
    |
0007| appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of
    |
0008| the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0009| year 1997 for the purpose of purchasing dental equipment for the Penasco
    |
0010| dental clinic in Taos county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0011| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general
    |
0012| fund.
