0005| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0006|      Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-two thousand dollars ($92,000)
    |
0007| is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and
    |
0008| families department for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose
    |
0009| of continuing the social services and tutors assisting youth (STAY)
    |
0010| program in southern Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0011| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0012| general fund.
