0005| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0006|      Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000)
    |
0007| is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for
    |
0008| expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of continuing a child
    |
0009| abuse prevention program of home visitation in Santa Fe county.  Any
    |
0010| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0011| 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
