    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 122

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, strike line 22 and strike line 23 through the semicolon.

    2. On page 6, line 1, strike "publish" and insert in lieu thereof "make available to the public".

    3. On page 6, between lines 14 and 15, insert:

         "F. The board may conduct inspections of eligible recipients to ensure compliance with the requirements of this section and rules promulgated pursuant to this section.".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    5. On page 7, between lines 5 and 6, insert:

    "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2026.".

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
