has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

    2. On page 4, lines 3 through 8, strike Section 3.

    3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
