HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number __2___ to  SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 5, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative William "Bill" R. Rehm

    1. On page 2, line 18, strike "or".

    2. On page 2, line 20, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

    3. On page 2, between lines 20 and 21, insert:

             "(4) a person carrying a concealed firearm who is in possession of a valid concealed handgun license for that firearm pursuant to the Concealed Handgun Carry Act.".
