    1. On page 6, line 25 and page 7, line 1, strike "security officer" and insert in lieu thereof "chair of the board of directors of the New Mexico association of counties".

    2. On page 7, lines 5 and 6, strike "security officer" and insert in lieu thereof "chair of the board of directors of the New Mexico municipal league".
