DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, after “nursing” strike “degree” and insert in lieu thereof “degrees”.

    2. On page 2, line 21, after “need” insert a “period”.

    3. On page 2, strike line 22 in its entirety.

    4. On page 2, line 23, strike “education.”,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
