HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___2__ to HOUSE BILL 313, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative Andrea Reeb

    1. On page 1, line 18, after the semicolon, insert "CLARIFYING PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS PERTAINING TO CHILD SAFETY;".

 

    2. On page 26, line 10, after "be", insert "opaque,".

    3. On page 26, line 14, after "child", insert "and shall not mimic the brand, design, name, logo or colorway of a non-cannabis consumer product that has been traditionally marketed to children;

             (3) packages and labels shall not use cartoons or symbols or images, including images of celebrities or celebrity likenesses, that are commonly used to market to minors".

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
