HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 313, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative Andrea Romero

    1. On page 1, line 17, after the semicolon, insert "ALLOWING FOR THE CONVERSION OF MICROBUSINESS LICENSES PRIOR TO EXPIRATION OF THE ORIGINAL LICENSES; PROVIDING FOR FEE PRORATION;".

    2. On page 19, line 23, strike the closing quotation mark.

    3. On page 19, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new subsection:

         "O. The division shall promulgate rules to allow for the conversion of producer microbusiness and integrated cannabis microbusiness licenses to producer and vertically integrated cannabis establishment licenses prior to the expiration of the original license."".

    4. On page 23, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new subsection:

         "C. For producer licenses and vertically integrated cannabis establishment licenses that have been converted from producer microbusiness licenses or integrated cannabis establishment licenses, the division shall prorate fees for producer and vertically integrated cannabis establishment licenses and apply licensing fees already paid towards the prorated balance.".

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    6. On page 37, line 14, after "welfare", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 15 and 16 and on line 17, strike "act".
