1. On page 3, line 10, strike the word "only".

 

2. On page 3, line 11, after the word "certificate" insert the

 words "or certificates".

 

3. On page 3, line 11, after the comma, insert the word "only"

and after the word "and" insert the word "only". 

 

4. On page 5, line 17, after the word "certificate" insert the
