    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 119

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, after "CENTER", insert "AND SUPPORTING A PROGRAM OF PUBLIC HEALTH AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY".

    2. On page 1, line 21, strike "the university of New Mexico and" and insert in lieu thereof "a program of public health at".

    3. On page 2, line 10, strike "school of", strike line 11 in its entirety and on line 12, strike "center" and insert in lieu thereof "program of public health at New Mexico state university".

    4. On page 2, line 14, strike "a fiscal year shall not" and insert in lieu thereof "December 31, 2024 shall".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
