HOUSE BILL 157, as amended

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

 

     1. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "MAKING APPROPRIATIONS;".

 

     2. On page 2, line 23, strike the colon and on line 24, strike "(1)".

 

     3. On page 3, line 2, strike "or" and strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety.

 

     4. On page 5, strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety.

 

     5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

 

     6. On page 9, lines 2 and 3, strike ", other than a daycare facility,".

 

     7. On page 10, lines 14 and 15, strike "or installing, operating or maintaining a surrender safety device".

 

     8. On page 10, line 17, after "infant", insert "or injury arising from negligent installation, operation or maintenance of a surrender safety device".

 

     9. On pages 10 and 11, strike Section 11 in its entirety.

 

    10. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
