AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO FUND YOUTH RECREATION PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION SERVICES AT THE ANTON CHICO LAND GRANT-MERCED.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2023 to fund youth recreation programs and community education services at the Anton Chico land grant-merced, including building and maintaining a publicly accessible archive of the land grant-merced's history. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2023 shall revert to the general fund.
