    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 251

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 6, after "1978", insert "or on an application form for an identification card pursuant to Section 66-5-401 NMSA 1978".

    2. On page 2, line 7, after the second occurrence of "donor", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 8 and strike line 9 up to the period.

    3. On page 2, line 18, after the period, insert "This gift shall be included on a donor registry.".

    4. On page 3, line 1, after "form", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 2 through "donor" and insert in lieu thereof "that has a completed donor statement".

    5. On page 4, line 1, after "1978", insert "or on an application form for an identification card pursuant to Section 66-5-401 NMSA 1978".

    6. On page 4, line 2, after the second occurrence of "donor", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 3 and strike line 4 up to the period.

    7. On page 4, line 14, after the period, insert "This gift shall be included on a donor registry.".

    8. On page 8, line 7, after "1978", insert "or on an application form for an identification card pursuant to Section 66-5-401 NMSA 1978".

    9. On page 8, line 8, after the second occurrence of "donor", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 9 and strike line 10 up to the period.

    10. On page 8, line 19, after the period, insert "This gift shall be included on a donor registry.".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
