AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF A PIPELINE FOR THE ACEQUIA MADRE DE LAS VEGAS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seven hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($795,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal years 2021 through 2023 to construct and equip a pipeline for the acequia madre de Las Vegas in Las Vegas in San Miguel county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining shall revert to the general fund within six months of completion of the project, but no later than the end of fiscal year 2023.
