    1. On page 1, line 21, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "is requested to".

    2. On page 1, lines 21 and 22, strike "members to serve on the" and insert in lieu thereof "a".

    3. On page 1, line 22, after "force", insert "that shall be comprised of or receive input and recommendations".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
