    1. On page 1, line 13, before "COUNTY", insert "CERTAIN".

    2. On page 2, line 16, after "hospital", insert "that is located within a class B county with a population between thirty-seven thousand and forty-one thousand according to the most recent federal decennial census".

    3. On page 2, line 18, after "hospital", insert "that is located within a class B county with a population between thirty-seven thousand and forty-one thousand according to the most recent federal decennial census".
