has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, after "within", insert "fourteen days of receipt of the claim if submitted electronically by a pharmacy,".

    2. On page 2, line 6, after "electronically", insert "by an eligible provider other than a pharmacy".

    3. On page 3, line 18, after "by", insert "an eligible provider".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
