SENATE BILL 82, as amended

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 5, line 8, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 9 in its entirety and strike line 10 through the period.

 

     2. On page 6, line 17, after the period, insert "The findings shall not be construed as the state authorizing or consenting to the storage of high-level waste in New Mexico.".,
