SENATE BILL 54

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, lines 19 and 20, remove the brackets and the line through "pursuant to the federal Every Student Succeeds Act".

2. On page 11, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2022.".
