    Your TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 6

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, strike "twenty-five dollars ($25.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "ten dollars ($10.00)".

    2. On page 15, line 12, strike "alcoholic beverages" and insert in lieu thereof "spirituous liquors".

    3. On page 15, line 21, strike "alcoholic beverages" and insert in lieu thereof "spirituous liquors".

    4. On page 16, line 23, after "premises", insert ", except for delivery of alcohol as provided for in the Liquor Control Act".

    5. On page 17, line 17, strike "alcoholic beverages" and insert in lieu thereof "spirituous liquors".

    6. On page 17, line 25, strike "alcoholic beverages" and insert in lieu thereof "spirituous liquors".

    7. On page 18, line 8, strike "alcoholic beverages" and insert in lieu thereof "spirituous liquors".

    8. On page 18, line 10, strike "alcoholic beverages" and

insert in lieu thereof "spirituous liquors" and after "premises", insert ", except for delivery of alcohol as provided for in the Liquor Control Act".

    9. On page 18, line 12, strike "alcoholic beverages" and insert in lieu thereof "spirituous liquors".

    10. On page 18, line 17, strike "alcoholic beverages" and insert in lieu thereof "spirituous liquors".

    11. On page 21, line 17, strike "three hundred dollars ($300)" and insert in lieu thereof "one thousand dollars ($1,000)".

    12. On page 22, line 16, strike the colon, strike lines 17 through 20 in their entirety and on line 21, strike the paragraph designation "(2)".

    13. On page 24, line 22, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 23 in its entirety and on page 24, line 24, strike "further".

    14. On page 25, line 7, strike "fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
