has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 2, line 17, strike "15.00" and insert in lieu thereof "20.00".

 

     2. On page 2, line 20, strike "500.00" and insert in lieu thereof "3,000.00".

 

     3. On page 2, line 22, strike "200.00" and insert in lieu thereof "500.00".

 

     4. On page 3, line 4, remove the brackets and the line through "30.00" and strike the underscored language.

 

     5. On page 3, line 6, remove the brackets and the line through "60.00" and strike the underscored language.

 

     6. On page 3, line 9, remove the brackets and the line through "20.00" and strike the underscored language.

 

     7. On page 3, line 11, remove the brackets and the line through "20.00" and strike the underscored language.

                (6) certified certificate of authority . . . . .20.00

 

                (7) late fee for each form submitted after its due date (not applicable to continuation of license, appointment or affiliation of producers and brokers) . . . . . . . . . . 350.00".

 

     14. On page 10, line 3, remove the brackets and the line through "biennial" and strike the underscored language.

 

     15. On page 10, line 8, remove the brackets and the line through "biennial" and strike the underscored language.

 

     16. On page 10, line 9, strike "50.00" and insert in lieu thereof "60.00".

 

     17. On page 10, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new subsection:
