22. On page 43, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new section:
"SECTION 22. REPEAL.--Section 1-19-1 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1969, Chapter 240, Section 405) is repealed.".
23. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
