3. On page 5, line 11, after the semicolon, insert "and".
4. On page 5, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new subparagraph:
"(i) number of cases in which a professional guardian was removed, and the reason for the removal;".
5. On page 15, lines 24 and 25, strike ", including compliance with" and insert in lieu thereof ". Professional guardians shall follow".
6. On page 18, line 4, strike "an adult" and insert in lieu thereof "a protected person".
