HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 231, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative Georgene Louis

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "CLOSE" and insert in lieu thereof "ELIMINATE".

    2. On page 1, line 14, after "CHANGES", insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

    3. On page 6, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 3. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
