"8".

    2. On page 10, lines 1 through 22, strike Sections 7 and 8 their entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    4. On page 10, line 25, strike "civil or".

    5. On page 11, lines 19 through 24, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

    6. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    7. On page 13, line 25 and on page 14, lines 1 through 3, strike Subsection I in its entirety.

    8. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
