has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following:

 

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that meetings of the task force be open to the public, subject to the same notice provisions and exceptions provided in the Open Meetings Act; and".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
