SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 23, after the comma, insert "the economic development department," and after "technology", insert ", communications workers of America local 7037".

    2. On page 3, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that meetings of the telecommunications regulation task force be open to the public, subject to the same notice provisions and exceptions provided in the Open Meetings Act; and".

    3. On page 4, line 6, after the second comma, insert "the secretary of economic development,".

    4. On page 4, line 8, after the second comma, insert "the president of communications workers of America local 7037,".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
