    1. On page 5, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the working group be requested to adopt a resolution to conduct its meetings in a manner that is open to the public, with reasonable notice to the public, consistent with the provisions of Section 10-15-1 NMSA 1978; and".
