AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PERMIT THE EXHIBITION "400 YEARS OF FREEDOM, RESTRICTIONS AND SURVIVAL" TO BE RE-CREATED THROUGHOUT NEW MEXICO.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office on African American affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2021 to permit the exhibition "400 Years of Freedom, Restrictions and Survival" to be re-created in various art and cultural institutions throughout New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2021 shall revert to the general fund.
