SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

                  SENATE BILL 202

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 5, strike "2021-2022" and insert in lieu thereof "2022-2023".

    2. On page 3, line 12, strike "2021-2022" and insert in lieu thereof "2022-2023".

    3. On page 3, line 15, strike "2022" and insert in lieu thereof "2023".

    4. On page 11, line 19, strike "patrol" and insert in lieu thereof "police".

    5. On page 12, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following new section:

 

"SECTION 7. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2022.".
