SENATE BILL 159

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, lines 1 and 2, strike "per program unit".

    2. On page 13, line 17, after the second occurrence of "rate", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 18 and 19 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "approved by the qualified electors in the most recent election on the question of imposing a tax pursuant to the Public School Capital Improvements Act."".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
