    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 118

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 12, before the semicolon, insert "and grants or subsidies to cultural facilities;".

    2. On page 3, line 14, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof "or a publicly owned cultural facility;".

    3. On page 3, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following new subparagraph:

                  "(i) technical assistance to cultural facilities; and".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subparagraph accordingly.

    5. On page 9, line 16, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "and".

    6. On page 12, line 16, strike "connectively" and insert in lieu thereof "connectivity".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
