    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 87

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "WHO CLAIMS A DEPENDENT" and insert in lieu thereof "WITH A QUALIFYING CHILD".

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "who claims a dependent" and insert in lieu thereof "with a qualifying child, as that term is used in Section 32 of the Internal Revenue Code,".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
